Summary The Real Estate Management Division (REMD) is responsible for the oversight of all real estate operations for TSA headquarters and airport facilities nationwide, which includes a portfolio of over 600 leases. Airport screening and headquarters real property capabilities are executed through TSA's direct leasing authority, management of Government Services Agency (GSA) leases, furniture acquisition, space and equipment design and workspace management.
