Summary About the Position: Serves as the Acquisition Cross-Servicing Agreement (ACSA) and Host Nation Support (HNS) Program Manager at the United States European Command (EUCOM). Responsibilities The position serves as the principal interface between the United States and nations/multinational organizations in the EUCOM Area of Operations (AOR). This position is specifically intended to provide civilian support to combat operations, but could also deploy to non-combat locations in response to contingencies, disaster relief or other emergency operations. The Acquisition Cross-Servicing Agreement(ACSA)/Host Nation Support Program Manager is responsible for all multinational and bilateral logistics cross servicing agreements and Host Nation Support requirements.
