GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director for Community Prevention and Treatment Services (CPTS) Program(s) is responsible for oversight, implementation, and continuous program improvements for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C primary medical care, medical case management, behavioral health integration, prevention, outreach and support services-designed to improve health outcomes for people living with or at-risk for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and/or other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI).
