**Harborview Medical Specialty Clinic** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Full-time Days Program Coordinator/Scheduler.**
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ 100% FTE, Days
+ Mondays-Fridays/ 8:00am- 4:3Opm
+ Occasional Telework

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Review and prioritize incoming referrals from multiple sources using their knowledge of each physician’s specialized skill set
+ Triage incoming referrals to assure the appropriate specialist will be reviewing referrals
+ Handle intake of each referral requests, ensuring complete information is received and entered into the electronic medical record system in a timely manner
+ Schedule initial patient appointments either in person or via Telemedicine based on provider...
