Family Service Association is seeking a full time (35 hour weekly) Program Attorney to join the agency’s Guardianship program in late summer/early fall of 2026.
This position has a hybrid work schedule. The annualized starting salary range is 60-62K with standard hours of 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, though coverage hours may vary based on program needs.
The FSA Guardianship program provides corporate guardianship/conservatorship services to elders and individuals with disabilities across Eastern, Massachusetts.
In this role, the Program Attorney serves in leadership capacity providing oversight of the legal component of the program, including direct responsibility for review of cases and handling of legal matters concerning clients of the Guardianship Program.
