Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE (NCIS). All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. You will test and evaluate software and system capabilities. You will ensure capability and oversee integration of applications to include off the shelf software. You will review and evaluate applications and systems for compliance with DoD, DON and NCIS software engineering standards. You will monitor, manage and coordinate projects as well as analyze and evaluate effectiveness of multiple project operations involved in meeting NCIS’ goals and objectives.
