Program Analyst (Payer EDI Production Issue Coordinator)

Responsibilities:
Manage intake, documentation, and resolution workflow for Payer EDI production issues. Researches root causes, runs SQL queries, searches AWS/VA systems. Creates ServiceNow tickets. Liaises between EDI leadership, OIT, and business stakeholders.Key Skills:
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related (required).EDI standards or Agile certification4+ yrs in EDI operations, healthcare tech troubleshooting, or Agile practices.
