Summary The position is located within the Business Office, Clinical Support Section, and organizationally reports to the Manager Clinical Support. The incumbent ensures the financial health of the organization through standard performance in collecting insurance information as established by the Administrative Sail report. Responsibilities The incumbent works closely with Chief Business Office (CBO), managers, facility leaders and staff to ensure the financial health of the organization through standard performance (>90% capture rate in ICB) in collecting insurance information as established by the Administrative Sail report. Serves as subject matter expert for assigned systems and designated projects and manages assigned projects/initiatives on Patient Registration/BO's behalf.
