Program Analyst

Summary The Program Analyst serves as the Office of Process Improvement (OPI) Education Analyst and is assigned to the Quality Management (QM) Service in the Columbia VA Health Care System (HCS) at the WJB Dom Medical Center. The incumbent is required to independently function with key duties related to health care system-wide performance improvement oversight related to national, VISN, and local priorities. Responsibilities Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
