The Professional Barber is responsible for delivering exceptional grooming services while creating a valuable and quality client experience. In this position, one will contribute to the success of the shop by maintaining service quality, building client relationships, supporting shop culture, and helping grow the business through professionalism, consistency, and excellence. Professional barbers are expected to uphold company standards, policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
