**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate and monitor welding machines
+ Assist in assembling steel joists on a production line
+ Read and follow basic schematics and instructions
+ Support welding tasks (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
+ Operate machinery such as laser equipment (as trained)
+ Handle materials and perform touch-up painting
+ Maintain a clean and organised work area
+ Follow all safety procedures

**Required Skills**
