**Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Positions**
**Pay Rate: $20 an hour**
**Schedule:**
**1st shift: Monday-Friday/7:00am-3:00pm**
**2nd shift: Monday-Friday/3pm-11pm**
**3rd shift: Monday-Friday/11pm-7am**
**Typical day as an Production Associate:**
**Perform quality checks on finished materials during production**
**Pack completed bags and pouches into shipping boxes**
**Assist in the shipping process by assembling boxes, apply informational/inventory labels, and moving finished materials to the packing area**
**Fill hot melt units and assist during press changeovers**
**Assist in other Production areas and machine operators as needed**
