**Production Trainer 3 (Reedsville, PA)**
Delivers operator training on manufacturing processes, equipment, safety, quality, and work instructions while continuously expanding their own cross‑training capabilities, improving training materials, and partnering with production, engineering, quality, and People Function teams to identify needs, measure effectiveness, and support ongoing operational excellence.
**Your role:**
+ Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training for new and existing production operators. Use demonstrations, hands‑on practice, e‑learning, and job aids while assessing competence through practical and written evaluations.
+ Gain cross‑training across multiple lines, equipment, and processes to ensure broad operational coverage. Maintain proficiency through refresher training and support multiple shifts as a backup trainer.
