ResponsibilitiesExecute the assembly of the products according to the Drawing, Assembly Instruction and Router.Sign in the Router, each Operation executed and Inspected.Responsible for Inspection and Packaging of the finished material.Carry out the set up of the line.
Make changes of Models in the equipment / machines.Perform a first level (Basic) analysis to determine the root cause of the problem.Perform 5s in the area.Execute Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.Identify Opportunity areas.
Improvements in already established processes.
(Kaizen and Poka Yokes).
Install new production lines.Engineering Support.Dispose of non-conforming material#J-*****-Ljbffr
