Job Description: Shell Canada is seeking Production Team Members at the Scotford Refinery and Chemical Plant in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that plant operations are conducted in a safe manner, and that all safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Monitor unit operations and troubleshoot process problems.
• Execute unit objectives and tasks for the shift to meet the overall production and budget goals.
• Make sound decisions based on Safe Work Practices, Policies and Operating Procedures.
• Participate actively and constructively in team meetings, safety meetings, inspections, and high potential pre-job safety meetings (Critical Task Analysis).
