Activate is expanding its Manufacturing team and needs a Production Team Lead to manage operations from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday to Friday. In this leadership role, you will coordinate workflows, train staff, and foster communication between teams. You will also operate key machinery such as pick and place machines and 3D printers, ensuring a streamlined production process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee responsibilities for optimal workflow
• Train new employees through effective coaching
• Operate SMT lines and reflow ovens
• Execute preventative maintenance on machines
