Overview

Interbake Foods, an affiliate of Maker’s Pride. The Production Supervisor will be working in our Kitchener, ON cookie plant that produces millions of cookies daily. This state-of-the-art facility operates with 5 production lines and possesses a strong team-oriented culture.

Shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am

Scope

• The role of the Production Supervisor is to provide front-line leadership in a complex food manufacturing environment and drive results through team engagement, clear communication, and effective execution to diverse work force.
• Supervisors are responsible for enforcing compliance and driving accountability with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
