Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time, on-site (the employee determines their schedule)

Compensation:

• 5 personal days per year
• 2 weeks during the 2026 holiday season
• 3 weeks per year starting May 2027

Your Mission

Proactive and results-oriented, you are the operational backbone of the vinyl and metal departments. You ensure a smooth, efficient, and optimized production flow by coordinating activities, resources, and teams (approximately 10 to 15 employees and 2 team leaders). You serve as the central link between the shop floor and management. You motivate teams, organize operations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, both in terms of people and operations.
