Production Supervisor

Summary: Ensure production is carried out in compliance with quality requirements and management objectives, with the authority to stop production processes whenever risks or nonconformities are identified.

Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): The primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Monitor production schedules assigned by the Production Manager, focusing on the effective utilization of equipment, resources, and personnel assigned to production.

· Coordinate the activities of Production Supervisors.

· Ensure compliance with checklists, visual aids, and standardized work instructions. Notify management of any deviations or required changes to these standards.
