Production Supervisor (Hiring Immediately)

Supervise hourly production employees assigned to his/her shift. • Work in conjunction with Maintenance Supervisor and mechanics, Warehouse Manager, forklift drivers, Quality Assurance manager and QA technicians, purchasing, scheduling, R&D, Sales, and Administration personnel. • Lead the way onto our Lean journey. • Develop and implement new processes in accordance with our Lean program. • Implement and maintain visual management tools. • Analyze operational data to determine inefficiencies and develop corrective actions. • Work with different leaders to develop our lean culture to best in class • Challenge the company's lean thinking and develop visual representations of what optimal processes look like. • Reporting results to the departmental teams. • Inform Plant Operations leader and keep up to date information on lean improvements. • Enforce all company safety rules.
