This recruitment post is for full-time role based at our Manufacturing facility located at Ancaster, Ontario. The incumbent shall be on an Night shift schedule starting at 10:00pm until 6:30am.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provides ongoing feedback and executes plant performance review cycle 
• Maintains communication daily with Operations Managers to assure that production issues are understood, corrective actions are followed, and production volume targets are met 
• Completes required production reports and assures all shift paperwork is properly completed by the end of the shift
