As part of Bunge & Viterra, a newly combined company of over 37,000 employees, you will supervise operators on full‑time shifts to meet crushing, refining, product testing, sanitation, and rail yard goals. Responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, train and schedule lead hand and process operators.
• Direct operators on night shifts to accomplish rail yard movements and product loading.
• Oversee sanitation tasks assigned for each shift.
• Ensure safety standards, performance measures and customer specifications are met.
• Prepare shift, oil, yield, operation and daily analysis reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
