Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead and strengthen our night shift operations within a growing manufacturing environment.
This role is critical to establishing a fully autonomous and robust second shift, especially as production expands with incoming materials from our sister plant in Hermosillo.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can make independent operational decisions in a dynamic environment, managing both production processes and people effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, develop, and motivate the production team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.
Manage a team of approximately 15 employees, with growth potential for additional direct and indirect reports.
Make independent operational decisions during the night shift (after 11:00 pm) without direct management support.
