Production Supervisor 2Nd. Shift (Ciudad Apodaca)

As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our production team of highly senior and skilled workers. You will work with other production supervisors to meet commitments, satisfy customer demands, and facilitate production‑related activities with other departments, ensuring high‑quality products and reduced process downtime.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety, quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and leadership.
• Achieve production results by communicating job expectations; planning, assigning personnel, appraising job results; coaching, counseling and holding team members accountable.
