**Production Representative Growers**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that all activities, ranging from planning, sowing, transplanting, pruning, hybridization, harvesting, etc., are carried out according to company standards.
- Follow up on compliance with activities defined in the Grower-Production Site contract for the proper development of our products, respecting legal aspects, quality and safety.
- Constantly visit the growers' fields to ensure the correct development of the crops, acting as a link between the grower and the production site to facilitate field activities.
- Link with the planning area for tracking each material to be cultivated, giving visibility to growers so they can manage their time optimally.
- Schedule field trips to visit crops is established in the 3PG system to ensure excellent crop development and determine management and improvement requirements.
