Production Programmer

Job Summary: The Production Programmer ( reporting to Production Manager ) is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC machine programs used in the manufacturing of server racks, cabinets, and other data centre infrastructure products. This role ensures that fabrication processessuch as laser cutting, punching, bending, and weldingrun efficiently, accurately, and in line with design specifications and production schedules. The Production Programmer works closely with design engineers, production supervisors, and operators to translate technical drawings into precise machine programs and continuously improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and material utilization. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and optimise CNC programs for fiber laser cutting, turret punching, bending and other fabrication equipment.
