The Production Operator sets up, operates, and troubleshoots highly automated packaging line equipment in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant manufacturing facility. This role ensures products meet quality standards, supports smooth line operation alongside packagers, and maintains accurate production records while following strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
**Responsibilities**
Set up packaging line equipment and perform efficient changeovers to support different products and formats.
Start, operate, and stop machines safely to complete production runs and perform basic troubleshooting when issues arise.
Monitor packaging lines continuously to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with packagers and other team members.
Conduct quality checks on weights, labels, packaging, and jams to ensure all products meet required specifications and standards.
