Production Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and products are fabricated to meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of various manufacturing processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to production optimization and continuous improvement efforts
• Assemble & test electronic circuit boards and related components on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Machines
• Assemble LED Roadway lights at various stages of production
• Work with hands assembling small components
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues....
