- Hands-on role working in an outdoor production environment
- Operate front-end loader, hosing, shovelling, and support plant operations
- Direct trucks, manage yard flow, and assist with daily production tasks
- Mix of equipment operation, housekeeping, and coordination duties
- Opportunity to travel to other plants when required
