The Production Manager shares accountability for safety, environment, customer service, performance, quality, human resources, plant image, and community relations. They will have direct accountability for specific functions in the Aggregates operation as assigned by the Plant Manager and are responsible for maintaining a disciplined approach towards execution.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Implement and track maintenance, production processes and strategies to achieve targeted Operational Performance Indicators.
