Production Line Supervisor: Quality, Uptime & Data

• To perform job required in the procedure (PI, PCN).
• Ensure equipment usage as per requirement
• Ensure cal. Date at tools / equipment at work – station are within validity
• To assist line leader / supervisor to collect data for SPC charts.
• To provide immediate feedback and information on problems and issues encountered to line leader / supervisor.
• Responsible to maintain workstation and assigned work area good housekeeping.

Authorities

• Authority is commensurate with the responsibilities which include, but not limited to:
• Equipment at work – station is not functioning as per requirement.
• Components are not as per specification.
