**Job Description**
The Production Floor Worker supports high-volume manufacturing operations by loading and unloading customer product bins, preparing materials for heat processing, and ensuring accurate handling according to detailed labeling instructions. This is a physically demanding general labor role that requires constant movement, heavy lifting, and strong attention to detail in a hot production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload customer product bins into Rex Heat bins and prepare them for placement into ovens according to established procedures.
+ Read and interpret bin labels to confirm part counts, verify that the quantity in each bin matches the label, and ensure parts are returned in the same bins in which they arrived.
