YOUR MISSIONS
- Provide L2/L3 production support for OMS and printing platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
- Monitor and manage end‑to‑end output workflows, including document generation, batch processing, printing, and distribution
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including failed outputs, delays, and data discrepancies
- Support deployment and release activities, including configuration changes, patching, and post‑deployment validation
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements for financial document handling
