A Brief OverviewSupports the production planning process by assisting with the coordination of customer orders, monitoring order progress, and maintaining accurate records within the production and inventory systems.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with updating and maintaining the production schedule under supervision.Monitor sales orders and provide basic lead-time information using the ERP system.Support the preparation of production schedules based on existing orders and customer priorities.Participate in routine inventory tasks such as cycle counts.Communicate order status and basic scheduling details with internal departments (, manufacturing, customer service, logistics).Help track inventory levels and incoming materials under guidance from senior staff.Enter and review data to ensure order and inventory accuracy.
