**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
The Production Associate plays a key role in manufacturing and assembling custom residential windows and door walls within a high-volume production facility. You will work in one of several areas—Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements—and will receive ongoing cross-training on different sub-assemblies as you learn and grow in the role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble windows and door walls, including accurately measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials according to specifications.
+ Repetitively lift, carry, and move materials weighing approximately 10–50+ pounds, depending on the assigned position.
+ Punch holes into materials using appropriate tools and follow established production procedures.
+ Strip materials as required for assembly and preparation processes.
