THE ROLE
:STRIVE is currently hiring General Labourers for a well-established metal manufacturing company in Hamilton, ON. This is a hands-on production role supporting the shop during its busiest season.
Successful candidates will receive hands-on training from experienced shop leaders and will be responsible for moving materials throughout the shop, preparing metal products for painting, using power tools, and assisting with assembly as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is mechanically inclined, and is comfortable performing heavy lifting and repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
