Job Description
Product Support Representative for Harvesting Heads – British Columbia. Travel extensively to train operators, support new machine deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and minimize equipment downtime.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support new machine deliveries, harvesting head installations, and equipment demonstrations.
- Deliver training to operators and dealer technicians.
- Assist dealers with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective action.
- Collaborate with the service department and engineering to improve product quality.
- Solicit and analyze feedback from operators, customers, and dealers to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare technical reports and document oral and written communications.
