Overview

Plant Quality Engineering responsible to accomplish and meet the company specifications, standards, functional objectives in the product.

Responsibilities Responsible and owner of Customer external KPI´s 1 MIS and 3 MIS; contributor to Plant KPI's improvement such as DR, SCA, DVX. Act as permanent link between Product Development (USA, Italy, Mexico) and Plant Manufacturing to coordinate the improvements and product changes, communication and business decisions; with the responsibility to drive the plant actions. Protect the Customer through effective plant containments, inspection controls in the QVS or Cert line and lead the permanent corrective actions from the plant with the different responsible. Conduct customer risk assessments to determine the need for yard holds, including PRI's or Field Actions; plant representation in the technical calls, validate inspection and repair procedures, manage suspect vehicles control, clean points, recovery glide paths.
