**Job Summary:**
Manages market strategic development. Designs and implements market penetration plans and programs to accomplish business plans or organizational goals targeting business performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Utilizes macro, market, or technology trends, to shape the long-term product plan. Collaborates with Market Segment teams and Account Managers utilizing Human-centered Design (HCD) principles to understand requirements and develop customer-led product plans. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the current product to provide input for future product change. Creates product road map in support of a specific market segment. Supports Synchronized Business Planning (SBP) Product Review process as the owner of specific projects and market segments within the Master Project List (MPL). Develops business case and leads Pre-program Planning (PPP) for specific larger-scale opportunities within the portfolio. Develops value proposition for ...
