Product Owner - Journey & Services

The Product Owner Product - Journey & Services leads the transversal Business Analyst/Business Consultant team that designs uniform, scalable end-to-end customer journeys across the SME/Scalable product portfolio and that holds the quality bar on operational readiness. You do not own a product backlog (that stays with the Communicate & Collaborate and Secured Connectivity Product Owners) but your team’s outputs (journey designs, EPIC-ready requirements with acceptance criteria, readiness sign-off) are the inputs that make their delivery work.

Product Journey & Services is the cluster’s connective tissue. You optimise the deployment, coaching and growth of a multi-disciplinary Business Analyst/Business Consultant team; you safeguard journey uniformity and reusable patterns across all products; you act as the authority in management discussions on journey choices and operational readiness, but also on how to scale our (managed) services.
