Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities and creating training materials
- Coordinate discussions between integration partners and engineering teams
- Synthesize qualitative user feedback from clinics and pet parents to inform product decisions
- Maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and release notes
- Monitor product performance dashboards and report on key KPIs
- Manage sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication
- Assist with quality assurance testing and document bugs or edge cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
