Responsibilities
+ Supplier scouting & qualification
+ Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and product opportunities (domestic and international) that fit our product, quality, cost, lead‑time and compliance requirements.
+ Run supplier discovery sprints, organize lab analysis and installation testing to validate technical capability, capacity, and commercial fit.
+ Product specification & lifecycle ownership
+ Develop and maintain clear, testable product specifications and acceptance criteria for sourced products.
+ Supplier relationship & commercial management
+ Own ongoing supplier relationships: commercial terms, lead times, capacity planning, and price negotiations
+ Support contract renewals, NDAs, quality agreements, and change‑control processes.
+ Quality, yield and issue resolution
