Job Purpose
Industry with one of the following: Agricultural, Compact, off highway, RTV, Turf Equipment product portfolios.
- Overall market share and volume targets
- Operational Earnings targets
- NPS results pertaining to product
- Development of short, mid and long term strategies for product portfolio
- Project lead for cross functional activities/projects required to execute product strategy / reach line KPI’s including, but not limited to:
- New Product Introduction process
- Tactical and strategic sales and marketing initiatives, retail incentive programs, etc.
- Business planning for portfolio
- Product knowledge asset creation, curation and rollout
