The role
Own and drive the insurance product roadmap end‑to‑end – from strategy through to delivery and optimisation.
You’ll focus on improving customer journeys across onboarding, underwriting, and claims, while working closely with engineering, actuarial, risk, and compliance teams.
What you’ll do
- Define and deliver the product roadmap
- Improve claims, onboarding, and customer experience
- Lead cross‑functional delivery from idea to launch
- Work on integrations with insurers and partners
- Track and optimise key metrics (take‑up, claims efficiency, retention)
