- Acting as a product expert and go-to resource for the group insurance product offering
- Analyzing market needs, trends, emerging issues, and regulatory changes
- Leading the development of products and business processes from ideation to market launch
- Reviewing and validating informational and promotional materials as well as communication tools
- Participating in meetings or presentations with clients, consultants, or intermediaries as a product expert
- Staying informed about market developments through research, meetings with vendors, webinars, and conferences
Requirements
- Holds a university degree in business administration, finance, actuarial science, marketing, or a related field
- Has 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, primarily focused on group insurance products and services
