Product Manager (Business Banking)

Requirements

• We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Product Manager III to own and drive the strategy and execution of Bankjoy’s next-generation business banking platform
• The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working at both the strategic and technical levels — capable of defining product direction while also engaging directly in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams
• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services or B2B fintech, with exposure to business banking, payments, or core banking platforms
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and product architecture discussions
• Deep knowledge of payment rails including ACH, wire transfers, card networks, and real-time payments
• Experience working with payment compliance requirements, security frameworks, and access control design
