Product Development Engineer – New Innovation Center (Nuevo León)
Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. seeks a Product Development Engineer for our New Innovation Center in Nuevo León. The engineer will work with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and validate product changes from concept to launch, mentor new talent, and support continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Successfully execute the development and implementation of product changes.
- Understand and actively manage system design requirements, conduct system DFMEA’s, design reviews, and utilize robust engineering practices such as DOE’s, tolerance stack‑ups, limit testing, and FEA to bring new products through production into the marketplace predictably.
- Liaise with supply‑chain personnel, vendors, and manufacturing staff for the specification and sourcing of raw materials, components, and final products.
