Product Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering from technical conception through final production delivery
• Manage a broad, diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring scalability and technical feasibility of collections with a high volume of SKUs
• Ensure adherence to target cost and optimize margins without compromising quality standards
• Lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary team of 8 to 11 professionals (including coordinators and specialists), fostering succession planning and technical maturity
• Serve as the strategic link between Styling, Patternmaking, Factory and external Suppliers
• Evolve internal processes to ensure a smooth, predictable operation capable of absorbing the complexity of different product lines
