We are looking for a Product Development Consultant – Cross-Border to design, develop and implement innovative and competitive international road transport solutions aligned with market needs and company strategy. This role drives product portfolio standardization, optimization and growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Ownership of Product Strategy & Development: design and develop cross-border road transport product, identify market opportunities and industry trends, lead creation of differentiated value propositions, standardize processes, rates and service structures for scalability, own and maintain product roadmap, work with sales teams to develop competitive solutions, support bidding processes (RFPs/RFQs) with technical proposals and pricing, define pricing and revenue optimization strategies, contact customers if required, drive collaboration between cross-functional teams.
