- Follow through the full sample development process from initial design concepts to samples and finalised products
- Manage sample development timelines and delivery schedules with manufacturers to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate daily communication with manufacturers, including translating design and fitting comments accurately
- Conduct and organise fit sessions, ensuring fit, construction, and measurement consistency across styles
- Take and verify accurate product measurements to maintain sizing standards
- Liaise closely with manufacturers on sampling, revisions, and production requirements
